11. AI Assistant and Operator Escalation

The Website may provide an AI-assisted chat interface to help visitors navigate the Website, learn about SmartSplitAI products, ask questions about Contract Review, request contact with the team, or receive general product information.

When you use the AI assistant, the messages you submit may be processed by server-side systems and by third-party AI infrastructure providers for the purpose of generating a response and routing your request. The AI assistant is limited to website, product, support, billing coordination, and contact-related topics.

The AI assistant does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, compliance, or other professional advice. For such matters, or when the assistant is uncertain, your request may be escalated to a human operator.

If a conversation requires operator escalation, limited information such as your message, selected language, page context, reason for escalation, and any contact details you voluntarily provide may be sent to the SmartSplitAI team through internal notification channels.

12. Cookies and Similar Technologies

At the current stage, the public website does not use:

  • analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics);
  • advertising cookies or remarketing pixels;
  • marketing automation cookies;
  • social media tracking pixels.

13. Analytics and Yandex Metrica

With your consent, SmartSplitAI uses Yandex Metrica, a web analytics service provided by Yandex LLC, to understand how visitors use our public website and to improve its content, navigation, and performance. Our Yandex Metrica counter ID is 109809080.

When analytics is enabled, Yandex Metrica may process information such as online identifiers, cookie data, IP address, device and browser information, referring pages, visited pages, link interactions, and visit duration. This information is transmitted to and processed by Yandex under its applicable terms and privacy policy.

Yandex Metrica does not load until you select "Accept analytics." If you reject analytics, the counter is not loaded. Your choice is stored in your browser under the localStorage key "metrika_consent" and can later be changed using the "Cookie settings" control on the website.

Webvisor session recording and ecommerce tracking are disabled. We do not intentionally transmit names, email addresses, uploaded documents, contract contents, or form field values through this website analytics integration.
