SmartSplitAI has implemented an internal content approval system built on Telegram.

What Changed

Previously, publishing content — site news, blog articles, LinkedIn posts — required manual tracking and separate approvals. Now the process is automated through a Telegram bot.

How It Works

Daily review. The bot sends the next scheduled post to the owner for approval.
LinkedIn publishing queue. All posts are stored in a structured queue with metadata and statuses.
Approval buttons. For each post, the owner sees buttons: Publish, Skip, Edit.
Metrics reminders. The bot reminds to record metrics at 24h and 72h after publishing.
